Please read these terms carefully before using WeGreen. By creating an account you agree to be bound by them.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WeGreen platform, including our website at wegreenai.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By registering for an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the Service.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines together form the complete agreement between you and WeGreen regarding your use of the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use WeGreen. Children under 13 are not eligible to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction)
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation

Users in the European Union must be at least 16 years old, or have parental consent, to use the Service.

3. Account Registration

To access most features of WeGreen, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Not share your account with or transfer it to any other person

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WeGreen only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

  • Post or transmit false, misleading, or fraudulent financial information
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without prior written consent
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
  • Engage in market manipulation or post content intended to artificially influence asset prices
  • Coordinate pump-and-dump schemes or other forms of securities fraud
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service without prior written authorization
  • Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other technical restrictions
  • Evade account suspensions or bans by creating new accounts

5. Financial Information Disclaimer

WeGreen provides financial data, market information, user-generated commentary, and AI-generated summaries for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes:

  • Investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security
  • A solicitation or offer to trade financial instruments
  • Professional financial, legal, or tax advice
  • A guarantee or prediction of future performance

No Fiduciary Relationship

No fiduciary, advisory, or professional relationship is created between you and WeGreen by virtue of your use of the Service. WeGreen is not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial planner.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance of any financial instrument discussed on WeGreen does not guarantee future results.

Accuracy Disclaimer

Market data, AI-generated analysis, news summaries, price alerts, and user-generated content may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. WeGreen does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of any information on the Service. You should independently verify any information before relying on it for financial decisions.

6. User-Generated Content

WeGreen allows users to post comments, analysis, watchlists, portfolio information, and other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

  • Retain ownership of the content you create and post
  • Represent that you own or have the necessary rights to post that content
  • Grant WeGreen a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, adapt, cache, index, summarize, analyze, and use your User Content to operate, improve, and promote the Service (including through AI systems) for the duration the content exists on the platform plus a reasonable wind-down period
  • Acknowledge that your public content may be viewed by other users, indexed by search engines, cached by third-party services, summarized by AI systems, and recommended to other users

Public vs. Private Content

Public content (posts, comments, public profiles) may be indexed, cached, summarized, AI-analyzed, and recommended within the Service. Public content may remain in third-party caches or search indexes after deletion from WeGreen.

Private content (private notes, direct messages, private portfolio data) is used solely for delivery and platform operation. Private content is not sold, publicly exposed, or used outside of platform operation without your consent.

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, or that we determine, at our sole discretion, is harmful, misleading, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate. We may use automated and manual moderation systems to enforce these standards.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding User Content) — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by WeGreen or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

8. Third-Party Services and Data

WeGreen integrates with third-party data providers for market data, news, and analytics. This data is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any third-party data displayed on the Service.

Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience only. WeGreen does not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content or services.

Categories of third-party providers we use include:

  • AI service providers (for content generation, analysis, and summarization)
  • Market data and financial information providers
  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
  • Authentication and identity verification services
  • Analytics and performance monitoring services

9. AI Processing and Generated Content

WeGreen uses artificial intelligence systems, including third-party AI service providers, to generate summaries, analysis, recommendations, alerts, and other content ("AI Content"). By using AI features, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading — you are responsible for independently verifying any AI-generated information before acting on it
  • Prompts and content you submit to AI features may be processed by third-party AI service providers subject to their data handling practices
  • AI outputs do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or professional advice
  • You should not submit highly sensitive personal information (such as social security numbers or financial account credentials) to AI features

Data Usage for AI Improvement

Anonymized and aggregated usage data may be used to improve platform systems and AI features. Private conversations and personal content are not sold to third parties. WeGreen does not use your private content to train external AI models without your explicit consent.

AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content on WeGreen is provided for informational purposes only. WeGreen does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI output. Users bear sole responsibility for decisions made based on AI Content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeGreen and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service
  • Any investment decisions made based on information on the Service
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any third-party conduct on the Service

In no event shall WeGreen's total liability to you for all claims exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid WeGreen in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Account Termination and Enforcement

WeGreen may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines
  • Is harmful to other users, WeGreen, or third parties
  • Constitutes fraud, abuse, or security risk
  • Is required by law or regulatory authority
  • Threatens platform integrity or stability

Moderation Rights

WeGreen reserves the right to remove, restrict, or de-prioritize any content using automated and manual moderation systems at its sole discretion. We may take action proactively or in response to reports from other users or third parties.

Appeals

An appeals process is available for users whose accounts have been suspended or whose content has been removed. However, outcomes are at WeGreen's sole discretion. Account restoration or content reinstatement is not guaranteed.

Effect of Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination (whether by you or by us), your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before the termination date. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including but not limited to content licenses, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution).

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and notify you by email or by a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against WeGreen.

Any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or it is permanently barred.
